Handed down as an heirloom gift through the DeAndro family for generations this magical dagger is a flamberged blade with a double recurved gold cross guard. With an ebony handle and a pommel inset of a gold wisteria flower with an amethyst gem inset in the middle of the blossom. At the press of the gem at the base the blade transforms from its normal form to its poisoned form which releases a potent purple toxin across the blade. Pressing this gem takes one bonus action.
Normal Form Stab: 1d6 Pierce
Poison Form: 1d6 Pierce, 4d4 poison damage, 3 DC 13 CON saving throws
- On a failure the effected creature takes the 4d4 poison damage at the beginning of the wielder of this dagger's turn for 10 minutes. On a success the 4d4 poison damage is only applied on the turn that the creature is stabbed
- On a failure the creature is poisoned. On a success it is not.
- On a failure the effected creature becomes immune to all healing effects for 1 hour. On a success it does not.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
