What flavors do they come in?

I always imagined healing potions as raspberry flavour

Bitter almonds. It tastes like bitter almonds.

I feel like it would taste like cherry cordial.

 I like Matt Mercer's mechanic: If you use an action, it heals for max; if you use a bonus action, you roll for the healing.

These should be worded better. The 2024 edition did such a good job adding things like "You take a magic action", but these are really ambiguous. The common healing potion states that it takes a bonus action to drink, and this should too.

 All potions are bonus actions.
