These rings can adapt to the users wrists or fingers. They can also be placed on a quarterstaff which adds a + 1 to attack and damage rolls. These bands can hold up to 6 charges of electric energy. Charges can be gained by using the weapon they are placed on to hit any creature, as well as if the user is attacked with lightning damage the bands gain +1 charge. The charges may be used when hitting any creature and each charge is 1 D6 lightning damage unless the creature succeeds a Constitution saving throw (DC: 9 + Proficiency bonus + dexterity modifier) in which case they receive half damage. If all 6 charges are expended on one attack and the creature does not succeed its saving throw, or if the creature being attacked roles a 1 on its saving throw, the creature is stunned until the end of your next turn. If the bands are separated from each other they will not work until brought back together.
