Weapon (double-bladed scimitar), legendary (requires attunement by a You must spend 1 hour a day training with this weapon to stay tuned to it, else it functions as a normal +3 double bladed scimitar.)

You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Blood Slash

As an action you can dash forth in a straight line weaving and slashing at every enemy in your range as you move. Each enemy attacked by this ability needs to make a DC 18 Dex save or take 6d6 magical slashing damage and are poisoned until the end of your next turn. If you instead decide to attack only one enemy, they take 12d6 magical slashing instead, they are then poisoned until the end of your next turn and are pushed back as far as you move where after they need to make a DC 18 Str save or are knocked prone. This ability can be used prof bonus per short/long rest.

Blur

Once per day you can cast the spell Blur from this weapon without any material or semantic components, and you do not have to hold concentration. This resets each dawn.

Tides of blood

Every time you hit an enemy twice with this weapon they have to make a DC 18 Con save or they become poisoned for one minute. They can then make a DC 18 Con save at the end of their next turn or remain poisoned. Each time this effect stacks they take 1 point of exhaustion

The double-bladed scimitar is the signature weapon of Valenar elves. A haft of fine wood supports a long, curving blade on either end. Forged with techniques honed over centuries, these blades are strong, sharp, and remarkably light. Each scimitar is a masterpiece, and as a result the double-bladed scimitar is an expensive weapon (100 gp) — few though ever have the opportunity to purchase one. A Valenar blade in the hands of a non-elf is generally assumed to have been stolen or looted from a fallen foe, and a Valenar elf might feel entitled to demand its return or challenge the bearer to prove they’re worthy to wield it.

Special. If you attack with a double-bladed scimitar as part of the Attack action on your turn, you can use a bonus action immediately after to make a melee attack with it. This attack deals 1d4 slashing damage on a hit, instead of 2d4.
