A creature riding this enchanted scooter can use an action to scoot forth up to 100 feet. As a bonus action the rider may make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check contested by the Armor Class (AC) of a chosen creature within 5 feet. On a success the scooter smashes into the target's shins dealing 10(3d6) Bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. 

As an action the scooter can be unfolded or folded for easier carrying.

Please note; This effect cannot damage or knock prone a creature that lacks a shinbone...
