Weapon (battleaxe), artifact (requires attunement by a if you succomb to the temptation of the shovel you automatically become attuned to it. You are cursed to be attuned until a cleric dispells the curse. )

The fOrbvel is a strange artifact created by the fOrb, a dark fluffy mass of blinking mechanic eyes and beaks.

The fOrbvel is a metal shovel with jagged edges, a short leather-covered handle with a mechanic eye at the end.
Staring into the eye causes a being to get lost in it, having to make a DC 15 Wisodom saving throw or else be enthralled.

Being entralled by the fOrbvel causes one to be unable to stop staring at the eye. The shovel will telepatically whisper demonic nonsensical speach, but the phrases "use me", "i can help you", "trust me" and "you just have to say yes" can be understood.
The enthralled can be snapped out of it with a slap (retries the will save) or by having 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal or a thin sheet of lead between their stare and the eye's.
If the enthralled agrees to trust the fOrbvel, the wispers stop and the person becomes automatically attuned to the fOrbvel.

If a being does not look directly at the eye but keeps them on their person, they have to make a Wisdom saving throw at every rest (short or long), with a starting DC of 5. Every rest, the DC gets 1 point higher, until the fOrbvel is no longer in their possession.

Once you attune yourself with the fOrbvel, you automatically become proficient with it.
When attuned, you can inflict great wounds to your enemies, making them bleed.
You can wound a creature only once, and you can only attempt to wound once per turn.
When an attack hits and you havent attempted to wound this turn, the target makes a constitiution saving throw (Base DC 10). On a fail, the target takes slashing damage (base DMG is 2) at the beginning of each of it's turns.  The continuing hit point loss can be stopped by a Heal check (Base DC 10), a cure spell, or a healing spell.

You can sacrifice yourself to increase the fOrbvel's Damage and Save DC, but it doesnt compell you to do so. It simply offers you the possibility.
Keep in mind that those are the Reccomended costs! Feel free to discuss with your DM
