While attuned you can use an action to make you legs turn into a tail resembling that of a mermaid if you are on land it will create a perpetual little pool of water beneath you so you can move at 30ft In water you gain water breathing and can swim up to 50ft.
Actions:
You can choose to give any creature that you can see including yourself a boosted attack, the next attack they do has a +1 to attack rolls and a bonus 1d10 damage
You can shoot a giant bubble to attempt to entomb any creatures within 120ft the bubble of water is a 20x20ft sphere which will damage any creature caught in it for 2d10 damage. should they fail a 18 dex check any creatures caught in it are stunned for 1d4-2 turns(min 1)
you can heal any creatures you can see for 100hp split between them
Lastly you can summon a tidal wave out of thin air it travels for 120 ft and is 50x50 ft and deals 4d10 damage. all creatures must make a Str 18 save or be knocked prone
