If this weapon hits a target, the target must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. If the target fails, the dagger deals an additional 1d4 necrotic damage. If the target fails its save, the attacker may use their reaction to heal one creature within 30 ft hit points equal to the damage done. Undead and constructs are immune to the additional damage.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
