While wearing these dark lenses, your ability to see clearly is hindered. You perceive bright light as if it were dim light, and dim light as if it were darkness - though this can be counteracted by darkvision. In return, sight-based sunlight sensitivity no longer impacts you and you cannot be blinded by light-based effects while wearing these goggles.
