Expertly crafted, and crackling with energy. Woven Static Wrist Wraps cause the wearer to temporarily build up massive electrical charge upon moving. 

As a bonus action, the wearer activates the Wrist Wraps, gaining the following benefits:

Lightning Speed. Your Movement speed increases by 10ft.

Static Discharge. At the end of your turn, any creature struck by your Unarmed Strike takes an additional Xd4 Lightning damage, where X is equal to the number of unarmed strikes you successfully landed on them. 

The notation of dice increases by 1 for every 20ft travelled this turn, up to a maximum of d10.

Once Static Discharge is triggered, or after 1 minute, all benefits fade.

This item has 3 charges, and regains 1d4-1 charges at the end of a short rest.
