A set of gorgeous bracers that travel up the arm in what looks like a lattice of runes upon looking at it closer the pattern resembles dragon scales. Monks following the path of dragon powers can channel these abilities to help defend themselves as well as deal out damage.  

While wearing these bracers you gain an additional +2 AC while you aren't wearing any other armor

When you are the target of any ranged attack that does fire, cold, lightning, poison, or acid damage you may use your deflect missile feature.

If you spend 2 ki points you can use your deflect missile feature on any effect that does fire, cold, lightning, poison, or acid damage.

Once you catch an effect this way you may spend 2 ki points to reflect some of that energy back at the user the same way your deflect missile feature works except using 3 of your martial arts die for damage.
