You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. This shuriken is very strange some people even think it's from a other dimension. This shuriken reacts to the weather condition. When you're at a bright or warm place it deals extra fire damage. When it hails or its's chilly it deals extra cold damage. When it's cloudy or rainy it deals extra lightning damage. When it's dark it deals extra nectrotic damage. Depending on the condition you are in, it deals an extra 2d6 damage of what kind of damage type you gain at that moment. It has the thrown property with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. Immediately after the attack, the shuriken flies back to your hand.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
