This permanent tattoo covers half a limb and does not require attunement. With this tattoo you may cast the Shield spell once per day. The spell may be reset if chosen after each long rest. This spell may stack with other permanent spells, but only one spell may be chosen to be reset per day.

This tattoo is elaborate decorative design and takes three to five days to complete, or 20 hours and level of exhaustion.

This tattoo requires 2400gp of opal dust as the material component, which the spell consumes. The tattoo left on the skin of the owner will hold the shimmer of the opals that were used in the tattoo.

Notes: This tattoo, like all of Xayla's tattoos, may stack on the body. However only one tattoo may be reset at the end of a long rest at a time. So if you have more than one of Xayla's tattoos, you may only reset one a day.
