Uh, have to disagree with you on that one, Luq. Kobolds are humanoids, not dragons. A Kobold Dragonsheild from Mordekainen Presents Monsters of the Multiverse is classified as a dragon, so it would work on that particular Kobold, but not others. Just a little clarification for you.
