Weapon (any sword), rare (requires attunement)
You can use a bonus action to speak this magic sword's command word, causing flames to erupt from the blade. These flames shed bright light in a 40-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. While the sword is ablaze, it deals an extra 2d6 fire damage to any target it hits. The flames last until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the sword.

Why doesn't this weapon have a +1 to atk/hit?
Oh another party member bought it from me for a cloak of the bat and 3500 gp.
This sword is great for fighter’s because they can attack multiple times
what is the command
and how expensive
que significa que las llamas duran hasta que uses una acción adicional para pronunciar la palabra de mando de nuevo o hasta que dejes caer o envaines la espada. Significa que cada turno hace daño extra?
Happy days
I think they decided that the damage from the fire was a powerful enough tradeoff.
Think about it, even rolling both 1s on the fire damage means that this weapon is at worst a +2 weapon just looking at damage, and since that's the lower bound, the accuracy side of being a +x magic weapon would just be overkill as well.
Does a Barbarian with proficiency need to attune with this weapon? Also, can a barbarian attune with it?
Yes and also yes, there is literally no reason they wouldn’t in both cases
This is my third Magic item, does anyone have tips how to use it.
