Wyth Mehefin (Cloak of the Fey Moon)
An ankle length cloak, with a hood large enough to hide the wearers face, and full enough down its length that it allows closure at the front if desired
At night this cloak appears to be a midnight blue, shimmering and slightly shifting to varying degrees of blue/black.
During daylight it resembles a green forest cloak but the particular shade of greens is hard to pin down, from a deep forest green to an autumn, golden green.
There are are six moons embroidered on the upper portion, indicating phases of the moon in six steps, going from new to full. You gain a +1 bonus to saving throws while wearing the cloak.
While wearing this cloak, you can use an action to pull off one of these moons and use it to cast moonbeam as a 5th-level spell. Daily at dusk, 1d6 removed stars reappear on the cloak.
While you wear this cloak, the shimmering colours of this cloak allows you to blend in with any environment . You also have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks that rely on not being seen.
The wearer of this cloak can use an action to create a portal to the Feywild, to a random location determined by the GM. modified by the GM based on the wearer's wishes and the wearer's familiarity with the Feywild and a specific location.
The portal remains open for one round.
You can use an action to create a portal back to the Prime Material Plane, to your original location.
Upon the death of the attuned wearer, the cloak will return to the Feywild, perhaps to the place it was tailored, and must be sought out again by a new, worthy wearer.
Notes: Bonus: Saving Throws, Advantage: Stealth, Requires Attunement and usuable only by a Druid. Upon Successful attunement the wearers eyes will flash a silver colour for a brief instant.
