A longsword with serrated teeth on one end and long wide comb hook teeth on the other end. Along the blade there are grooves that have blood run through it upon striking someone with this evil blade.
You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon and you have advantage on the disarm action.
The sword is deeply enchanted with blood magic that allows the wielder to preform one the following abilities up to 4 times per long rest.
- Thirsting strike: You perform a 2d8 + str mod melee attack and half of damage done to your opponent will be healed to you. Smite cannot be added on top of this. (Has no effect on elementals, constructs or undead)
- Blood siphon: You siphon all the blood in the local area into the sword. Heal yourself by rolling a number of D4 equal to injured creatures withing a 50ft radius.
- Hardened Blade: You instantly harden the blood in the blade of the sword making the sword slightly stronger, for 1 minute you can role a d10 for damage on a 1 handed attack and a d12 for damage on a 2 handed attack. (You cannot use the other weapon abilities while this ability is active.)
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
