this magic item resembles a wooden training sword with a painted wood sheath, on the sheath there is a incantation wrote in paint. The sword will choose a holder by speaking telepathically, everyone but the holder only sees it as a wood sword and can not unlock its potential. But once the holder and the holder alone speaks the incantation the sword will light up and then the holder will be able to cast one of the 5 spells. The holder can only use the sword once every long rest
