a small 4 once vial of pitch black ink like liquid. it is warm to the touch and unusually heavy. when the ink  touches you it crawls across the skin covering it in black tattoos and markings in an unknown language. once bound to a host you may choose where on your body the mysterious markings assist you granting 1 set of perks per long rest that lasts until next long rest. additional effects after leveling up three times with the markings.

black ink legs - the markings move and conjugate around you feet and calves. you get +2 on dexterity checks and you speed increases by 25

black ink mind- the tattoos cover your head, forehead and back of neck. +2 to intelligence and wisdom 

Black ink senses- the marking move to around your eyes, ears and tongue. your eye color becomes a dark black. +2 to charisma and constitution

black ink arms- the markings radiate necrotic energy. you have access to the chill touch cantrip until the next long rest. cast bestow curse once per long rest 

black ink legs- the markings make you feel light nimble. can cast haste on yourself or pass without trace once per long rest without using a spell slot 

black ink mind- the markings invade the minds of those around you. cast the spell  detect thoughts and tongues once per long rest without using a spell slot  

Black ink senses- the markings show you the way. cast Clairvoyance once per long rest without using a spell slot. you have dark vision until next long rest
