This wand appears to be made of a bright and polished silver, with a beautiful scattering of inlayed midnight black gemstone stars spread all along it's length, becoming more frequent and condensed as it gets to the tip, the last inch of which is a pure vanta-black-like colour. If you gaze into the black parts of this wand, there are faint twinkling pinpricks of light, as if each black star is a galaxy all it's own.
This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use expend 1 or more of its charges for one of the following effects. The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at midnight. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand implodes, and every creature within 10 feet must Succeed a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, or be under the effects of Reality Break for 1 minute.
Spacial Shift: While you are attuned to the wand, when you fail a saving throw against a spell that targets only you, you may spend 3 charges to turn your failed save into a successful one.
Wormhole: You bend space to cast your spells with accuracy. When you cast an area of effect spell, you may choose one of the following 2 options:
Horizon: Spend 1 charge per creature targeted. You may target creatures within the area of effect, or within 90 feet of it. The creature(s) are treated as if they are out of the area of effect, whether or not they are. This effect lasts 1 minute, or until dispelled by the attuned user.
Centre: Spend 6 charges to target a creature within 90 feet of the area of effect. The creature is treated as if they are within the centre of the area of the spell, wherever they are for the next minute, and have disadvantage on saving throws against the spell's effects.
