Wondrous Item, very rare
This Tiny glass bottle contains a mixture of gray fog and clouds, with arcs of lightning flashing through the glass every so often. You can use a bonus action to shatter the bottle, releasing the storm inside and cause the following effects to happen:
- The are within 10 miles of where you shatter it devolves into a torrent of wind, heavy rainfall, and lightning - everything within this area is lightly obscured.
- While the storm remains, you have immunity to lightning and thunder damage.
- As a bonus action while the storm persists, you can call down a bolt of lightning to strike your foes - choose a point you can see within 240 ft. of you. A bolt of lightning strikes at the point you choose. Each creature within 10 ft. of the point you choose must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 8d6 lightning damage on a failure, or half as much on a success. Once you use this feature of the storm, you cannot do so again - on each of your subsequent turns, roll a d6. On a 6, you regain the use of this ability.
The storm dissipates after 1 hour, during which time, 4d6 inches of rain fall.
