Monks in the service of Valkur created these Brass Knuckles for use in close-quarter fighting. Each is inscribed with runes along the inner (palm) edge in Primorial. One reads 'Thunder' and the other 'Lightning'.
This weapon provides no bonus to hit, but adds a +2 to unarmed strike damage.
3 times per day, the attuned monk can call forth Valkur's Fury adding 1d6 Lightning damage to the first hit, and 1d6 Thunder damage to the second hit in a single attack action (the charge is lost on a miss).
Proficiency with a Club allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Damage: Lightning, Damage: Thunder, Monk, Damage, Combat, Light, Slow
