This item resembles a dream-catcher with wind-chimes tied to the bottom. When hung and activated, they will begin to tinkle gently for 6 hours or until stopped. All characters sleeping within hearing range of the charms (30') must make a WIS Saving Throw with DC 10. If they make the save, they are able to sleep peacefully and a Short Rest becomes a Long Rest. Elves can also benefit from the item, but they must make their Saving Throw with the DC at 12.
If a character fails the Saving throw, the Tinkling keeps them awake and they gain NO benefits from the rest until the charms are take down (at which point, any benefit they were giving to other characters is nullified).
Can only be used once every 24 hours.
They have also been known to attract wandering monsters.
