The user can cast Storm Shell. Area of Effect. The caster. Once per day, this spell surrounds the caster with a bright sphere of disruptive energy that increases the caster's resistance to fire, cold, and electrical damage by 50%.
Thunder: Once per day, an arrow strike creates a cacophonous roar like thunder upon striking a successful critical hit. The sonic energy does not harm the wielder. Adding an extra 1d8 points of sonic damage.
Thunder and Lightning: Once per week as a standard action, the wielder can combine the thunderclap described above with a lightning bolt, as in the lightning stroke. The thunderclap affects all within 10 feet of the bolt. The lightning stroke deals 9d6 points of electricity damage, and the thunderclap deals 2d6 points of sonic damage. A single DC 16 Reflex save applies for both effects.
You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
