A long, stiff hose extends from one end of what looks to be an old keg which has been mounted on wheels.  It was said to have been owned by the richest duck who ever existed.

As an action, you point the hose and speak the command word, thereby activating this bulky, bizarre device. The Wealth Redistributor rapidly sucks gems and coins from the pockets, packs, purses, bags of holding (and similar extradimensional container items), etc. of creatures in a 15 foot cone. At the start of your next turn, the contents of the device are violently launched into the air, raining down in a 30 foot radius area around it.  Creatures in the area must make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw, taking 2d4 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, and half as much on a successful one.

Once this item has been activated, it can’t be used again until you finish a long rest.
