This bracelets made of thorns and leaves once attuned to pierce your skin being unable to be desequiped whitout your concent.
While wearing this bracelets your attacks count as magical for the porposes of overcoming resistances and imunities to non magical damage.
Once you hit whit an unarmed attack you can take a 1d6+1 piercing damage  up to 3d6+3 (this damage ignores both resistances and imunities) if you do so your attack deals extra necrotic damage equal to the damage you toke.
If you fall to 0 hit points due to taking damage from the effect of this item you can chose to fall to 1 hit point instead. every time you do so you suffer an extra level of exaustion.
