It looks to be a gauntlet with a wire and a small hook built into it. When the wrist flicks back, the thin metal wire releases and it can work as a grappling hook of sorts. You can pull creatures towards the user or vice versa. Its mostly used for acrobatics. Gives advantage on acrobatics and can pull one creature no larger than medium, 5 feet every turn and forcing the creature to fall and go prone.

Notes: The player must take a long rest in order to learn how the mechanism works and in order to work it correctly.
