While wearing these bracers, you gain a +2 bonus to AC if you are wearing no armor and using no shield.  In addition these arm wraps have metal studs imbedded in the knuckles linked to a small dragon shard artfully hidden in the floral pattern that causes 1d4 lightning damage to any unarmed strikes.
