The front of this shield is shaped in the likeness of an opaque glass, reinforced with a metal backing. The metal on the sides were a blood red color, all other metals are an inky black color. On will the shield can display an emoticon style face.

The strong metal shield counts as half cover for the user. Anytime a creature on a square touching yours gets attacked it'll provoke a reaction where you can either add a -2 modifier to the attack roll, or roll a 1d20 to reduce the damage, even reducing it to as low as 0 damage taken.

Once per day you can also use a single charge once per day to use the Spell Synaptic shock at a 9th level.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
