This Cloak is made of a collection of leaves that changes from colour from green by the shoulders down towards orange and yellow autumnal leaves finishes with scorched leaves at the bottom that occasionally flicker as if embers are still eating away at them.

This cloak Has 3 charges that recharge at dawn and the charges can be used in the following ways:

-1 charge: Cast the spell Gust of WInd as an action

-2 charges: for every 3 points of healing done by lay on hands you gain 1 hit point back

-3-charges: Cast Ice Storm as an action and roll a d20. On a 5 or less the cloak will recharge after 2 dawns instead of 1
