A prosthesis for any aspiring adventurer of wildspace. Drawing inspiration from the classic maritime cliché of a hook hand, the tool replaces a lost hand. While attuned to the item you cannot be disarmed of it.
You can use a bonus action to transform the prosthesis into any nonmagical item that could fit in a single hand; examples might include a fork, a hook, an abacus, a small pickaxe, a smoking pipe, etc. Truly this item's limits are up to the imagination of the wielder.
Additionally, the hand can transform into two items of definitive use. One, it can transform into a simple scimitar, +1, with which you are proficient.
The other, it can transform into a grappling hook; this hook can support up to 300 lbs of weight, and has an effective range of 20/60 feet. In order to fire it you simply make a ranged weapon attack roll (you are considered proficient); the DM determines if the surface you are firing at can be grappled onto. You can reel yourself in using your movement speed, with each foot covered costing 2 feet of your movement.
