“Let the joy of others pain keep you entertained”

Small ebony wood wand.This wand has 3 charges. That reset each Dawn. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and by aiming at a creature it causes 1d4 force damage that cannot be avoided and casts the Hideous Laughter spell 

A creature of your choice that you can see within range perceives everything as hilariously funny and falls into fits of laughter if this spell affects it. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or fall prone, becoming incapacitated and unable to stand up for the duration. A creature with an Intelligence score of 4 or less isn't affected.

At the end of each of its turns, and each time it takes damage, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. The target has advantage on the saving throw if it's triggered by damage. On a success, the spell ends.

* As the user you must also make Wisdom saving throw after using the wand. On a failure you are considered DISTRACTED with giggles of delight in your enemies pain, having disadvantage on any saves or reactions until the start of your next turn.

Notes: Damage: Force, Prone, use against self. No initial attunement needed, but once a Wisdom save fails from the items side effects, the user must attune item to use it again by having it used on themselves., Control, Combat, Cursed
