At any time this instrument is being played, it creates the effect of Seduce for 60ft. Those within range must make a Will save against the artist (10+CHA+ATK) to resist the effect, or gain the charmed effect until the song ends or the artist requests something that goes against their natural predisposition, at which time they may make a secondary Will Save. This ability does not affect those who have taken a Vow of Piety, are deafened, or are otherwise unattracted to the Artist due to their predispositions.
