Wondrous Item, varies (requires attunement by a When the previous person attuned to a ribbon dies the next person who touches the ribbon is attuned to it. If they can't attune to the ribbon nothing happens.)

A Wondrous Ribbon comes in three varieties, speed, strength, and power with a rune inscribed on the ribbon this rune shows what variety of ribbon the ribbon is. With a DC 16 INT check you can read the rune to determine what variety the ribbon is.

You can control the ribbon with a range of 30 ft. If you step out of the range the ribbon falls limp until you call it to you. If the ribbon is knocked out it can't move or attack and it falls limp. The ribbon regenerates 5 HP after a short rest and regenerates all of their HP after a long rest. The ribbon has its own action, bonus action, and movement speed.

Speed: STR 10 (+0), DEX 15 (+2), CON 12 (+1). 10 HP. 60 ft fly speed. Immune to psychic and necrotic damage.  [Deft Slice] The ribbon slashes at the target dealing 1d6 Magic S damage on a hit. (Uncommon)

Strength: STR 15 (+2), DEX 10 (+0), CON 12 (+1). 15 HP. 20 ft fly speed. Immune to psychic and necrotic damage. [Brutal Gash] The ribbon slashes at the target dealing 1d12 Magic S damage on a hit. (Uncommon)

Power: STR 12 (+1), DEX 12 (+1), CON 15 (+2). 20 HP. 40 ft fly speed. Immune to psychic and necrotic damage. [Callous Smash] The ribbon hits the target dealing 2d12 Magic B damage on a hit. (Rare)
