This item can only be found one in every 10,000 enemy kill and given the player enough experience to go up one level no matter the amount required to advance to the next level. 

Once at the next level the potion is destroyed and has to be found again. 

Also, the potion can be purchased for 100 platinum pieces and only 40 potions will ever exist in the games
