Tibia's Flame, sometimes referred to as the Everlasting Inferno, is often believed to be a portion of the All-Mother's divine essence given form. This flame appears in the form of a torch, and is intelligent (Int of 17, +3). This torch never burns out and can cast dancing lights at will. It can understand its wielder but can not communicate beyond levels of brightness and slight changes in the color of its flame (representative of emotion or tone - dims when upset or disagrees, brightens when happy or in agreement).

This in an ever burning torch. It does cannot be snuffed out but can dim to when appropriate or necessary. Being submerged in water does not extinguish this magical torch. This is an artifact of the Originals, and a small fraction of the Power of Creation.
