These white hands are made from the tanned flayed hands of elves and are blessed, or cursed, by the Orc god Yurtrus. When worn on the hands, the wearer deals an extra 1d6 necrotic damage with an unarmed strike; if attuned it increases to 2d6 necrotic damage.
