This beautiful rapier comes with a red crystal scabbard and ring that seems to be able to spin freely. You have a +1 to attack and damage rolls with this weapon.

Ranged Attack. While touching the scabbard and ring you can use an action to spin the ring to create a loud whistling sound, causing the sword to soar through the air. Make an attack roll against a target creature within 30 feet. If the damage caused by this attack causes the creature to become unconscious, you can repeat the attack against a creature not yet targeted by this property during this action, decreasing the attack roll by 1 for each time this property was used during this action.

Feather Fall. You can use this item to cast the Feather Fall spell once, targeting only yourself. You can use this property again after finishing a long rest. 

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
