Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)

Once worn and attuned to, you can use an action to burn one hit dice of damage yourself but cause someone you see within 60ft to make a DC 13 Wisdom save. If they fail, they are frightened and must use their reaction (if available) to move up to their movement away. They can repeat this save on the start of their turn.
