This +1 magic dagger was once used by the elf Fathir Whitebones. Whitebones was an elven supremacist, who slew an entire human village and cooled the dagger in the blood of the fallen villagers. The dagger contains remnants of the souls of all of the villagers, who whisper warnings in dozens of voices to the dagger's owner, giving the owner a +2 bonus to initiative. When drawn, the weapon releases the sound of thunder.
