Potion, uncommon
A normal looking steel flask with an enchanted emblem. One charge equates to consuming one ounce of fluid from the flask as a bonus action. The effects of each ounce of fluid consumed last for one hour and grant the following to the consumer:
- +1 to Strength
- +1 to Charisma
- -1 to Dexterity
- -1 to Intelligence
- Temporary curse of perpetual hiccups
If more than one ounce is consumed within an hour, the effects and duration stack, however, the consumer must make a Constitution save (DC10 + number of ounces consumed), or spend a bonus action vomiting that turn. The vomiting continues until the save is made (which can be repeated each turn) or the effects of the liquid expire.
Each day the flask magically refills itself to a maximum of 1d4 charges.
