A discrete holster for a palm pistol that can be concealed under a sleeve and extended into the hand for rapid and undetectable use against close targets. It takes an action to attach or detach a palm pistol to or from this device. Any palm pistol attached to this device gains the following effects:

• Impossible to discern by anyone else unless they can visually see it, or through magical means.
• Attacks made against a target within 5ft are made with advantage instead of disadvantage.
• When a hit is made that also triggers sneak attack damage, double the sneak attack dice, but only if the target has not seen the weapon used against them before.
• The firearm cannot be loaded while attached to this device
