These crystal lenses fit over the eyes. While wearing them, you can see much better than normal out to a range of 1 foot. You have advantage on Intelligence (Investigation) checks that rely on sight while searching an area or studying an object within that range.The glasses are as the item states, though with an one added benefit.  

By studying a target for a full turn, your target becomes locked. Ranged Attacks made against this target ignore partial and 3/4 cover and give an additional +1 to hit. Additionally the locked target can still be sighted thru magical and non magical obscurment such as fog, mist, magical darkness or invisibility.

Range 60 ft.. (if locked target moves outside of range, effect is broken)

Usable once per day. After use, or effect is broken the lens will snap back to the upright position and begin to recharge.
