Wondrous Item, uncommon

A special oil that can be applied to just about anything for a random effect! Essentially liquid wild magic.

Can be used 6 times until the oil runs out. Roll 1d6 for the outcome on the chart:

  1. Item or object applied turns to ash!
    -If applied to a person, the individual must make a CON saving throw (DC 15); on success take 2d4 Necrotic, on failed save the area the oil was placed turns to ash.
    -If applied to an item or weapon the user may make a DEX saving throw (DC 13) to remove the oil from the item, on failed save the item turns to dust.

  2. Item or object is set a blaze!
    -Weapons deal extra 1d4 fire damage for next 4 turns.
    -If applied to a person, the individual must make a DEX saving throw (DC 15) to remove the oil and put out the flames before they spread; on success take 2 points of fire damage, on failed attempt take 1d6 fire damage

  3. Item or Object turns to stone!
    -If applied to a person the individual may make a CON saving throw (DC 16) to break free on a success or stay within the stone on a failed save. (This effect lasts for 3 turns and target becomes resistant to slashing damage)
    -If applied to an Item that item will become rock like for 3 turns (Slashing and Piercing damage becomes Bludgeoning)

  4. Item or object is buffed!
    -Weapons do an extra +2 damage for next three turns
    -If applied to a person the individual receives advantage on all strength saving throws, as well as +2 to all unarmed attacks

  5. Item or Object is Expanded!
    -If applied to weapon, weapons reach is doubled (Short races have disadvantage on attack rolls)
    -If applied to person the individual will grow one creature size larger for 3 turns. (3 minutes out of combat)

  6. Item or Object is Reformed!
    -If applied to a weapon, any damage done to weapon is repaired 
    -If applied to a person, 1 ailment or wound of player's choosing is cured and/or healed or regain 1d8 HP
