An unassuming Golden Ring with runes all along it's band. while wearing the ring your unarmed and or Natural weapon attacks do an additional 2d6 cold damage and you gain cold resistance. Anyone struck by the wearer of this ring, till the start of your next turn they cannot use there reactions and it halves a persons movement till the start of the users next turn.
