This was the stick of a famous dark wizard, Zenbarron. This stick will create runes at the owner's command. Each full set of runes can take anywhere from 1-2 turns to write, depending on how complex the runes are. Inside a rune box, the runes are law. They can trap someone for an amount of time, damage someone, stop someone, or even make them trip. This stick, however, will only activate for a being with magic potential with an INT score of 14 or higher.
