This bone wand has always feels chill to the touch.  It can be used as an +1 arcane focus, and contains 5 charges.  As an action you can expend the appropriate number of charges to cast the following spells with a DC of 16: Animate Dead (1 charge), Blight (2 charges), Circle of Death(3 charges), Finger of Death (4 charges), or Speak with Dead(1 charge). The wand regains 1d4 + 3 expended charges daily at dusk.  If the wand is drained you can instead expend spell slots equal to the number of charges needed.  If you do this make a con save DC 20.  On a pass you may gain an Undead Guardian in addition to the spell cast (DM discretion).  If you fail the character dies instantly.
