This candle looks and functions like a normal lit candle, but it uses no oxygen, does not consume the wax or wick, and does not burn anything it comes to contact with. The flame can be covered or concealed, but not smothered or doused, even if submerged in water. A person that holds this candle in their hands is filled with a pleasantly warm feeling.

The holder of the Wintershield Candle may extinguish the flame by using their turn (Action, Bonus Action, and Movement) to speak their wish aloud and blow the candle out. As the flame is extinguished, the candle expends 1 charge of the Wish spell and becomes a nonmagical candle.
