To attune to this vial, you must truthfully display your grief for the loss of a loved one or ones. If a person displays the truest amount of grief the vial will open for the creature and they will become attuned to it. Once you become attuned to it, the vial opens up and a golden light enters into your body then exits back out in the shape of a phoenix into the vial immediately closing it. The vial can’t be opened while your attunement to it lasts. Your attunement to this vial ends if you get over your grief, showing that Nephthys has done her job to help heal it. If your attunement to the vial ends, the phoenix disappears and so do the benefits of the vial from your character.
You can use the vial as a spellcasting focus for your spells while wearing or holding it, and you gain a bonus +3 all to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your sorcerer spells.
Also, while attuned to this item, whenever you would use a spell that inflicts fire damage to a target, you may roll an additional 2d6 to the damage roll.
Notes: Bonus: Spell Save DC, Bonus: Spell Attacks, Damage: Fire, Requires atunement by a sorcerer
