Wondrous Item, legendary

Uttering the magic incantations, a wave of energy blasts out from the caster's mouth. Depending on the spell's level, the size and power of the blast can change. All creatures within the area are impacted. The spell's effects on structures are determined by the DM.

If the word of power “Fus” is known, then this spell can be cast at 1st level, the wave travels 25 feet and is 5 feet wide, dealing 2d8 force damage. It can interrupt actions if the creature fails a DC 13 CON save. If an action is interrupted, spells are not cast, attacks do not proceed, and any other effect that would occur due to the effect does not happen. The action is lost.

If the word of power “Ro” is known, then this spell can be cast at 4th level, the wave travels 50 feet and is up to 15 feet wide, dealing 6d8 force damage. It can interrupt actions and knock prone any creature medium sized or smaller if the creature fails a 15 CON save.

If the word of power “Dah” is known, then this spell can be cast at 6th level, the wave travels 75 feet and is up to 25 feet wide, dealing 10d8 force damage. It automatically interrupts and knocks prone any creature medium sized or smaller and launches that creature 3d6 feet horizontally away and 1d8 feet vertically. It can interrupt actions and knock prone any large sized creatures if the creature fails a DC 17 CON save. Creatures exceeding large size can be interrupted and/or knocked prone at CON saves at the DM's discretion.

If the spell is cast at any levels other than 1st, 4th, or 6th, the effect is as if the spell was cast at the next lowest spell level that would have an effect. (If cast at 3rd level, the spell has 1st level effects.)
